During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

ssbet conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID), a selfie, and proof of address. KYC completion is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ssbet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.

You must notify ssbet support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity in your account history.

ssbet shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out using valid login credentials will be treated as having been performed by the authorized account holder.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

ssbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality.

Withdrawal requests from your ssbet account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your ssbet account.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar month, as published in the ssbet Help Center.
• ssbet targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 banking hours.

ssbet reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or if the account is under investigation. In such cases, ssbet will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable law.

All games offered on the ssbet platform — including but not limited to JILI slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker, arcade fishing games, and sportsbook betting — are subject to individual game rules, which are published within each game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ssbet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual casino games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot and table games are published and verified by independent testing laboratories. ssbet does not manipulate outcomes.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game, ssbet reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the player's wallet. ssbet's decision in such circumstances is final and binding.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ssbet Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ssbet platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using forged documents.
• Money Laundering: Using ssbet to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations.
• Collusion: Working with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted software, or any automated mechanism to interact with the ssbet platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the sportsbook or casino systems to obtain unfair gains.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to access ssbet services if you are under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or reversals. ssbet will pursue recovery of all funds obtained through illegitimate chargebacks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ssbet solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any ssbet software.

ssbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ssbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ssbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. ssbet makes no representations regarding the outcome of any game or wager. All gaming involves risk, and past outcomes are not indicative of future results.

ssbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time, in whole or in part. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a platform-wide notification displayed upon login.

Unless a change is required by law or regulation and must take effect immediately, ssbet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice before material changes become effective. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of ssbet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using ssbet and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them — including their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ssbet operates under the licensing and regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe they have a legitimate complaint against ssbet may submit a formal complaint to ssbet's support team in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved to the player's satisfaction, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution procedures.

For disputes not resolved through internal channels or PAGCOR proceedings, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
